There is a terrorist organization based out of New Jersey putting communication devices in people’s temporal bone inside their ears. I know this now because I can see them on the temporal bone ct-scan disc I have. I remember waking up really groggy with blood on my pillow and my right ear hurting really bad. I went to my primary care but he just gave me ear drops. A few weeks later the terrorists told me with the communication device that I better get life insurance with Amy Stutzke as my beneficiary. The terrorists told me if I didn’t kill myself that they would kill me. My ex girlfriend Amy Stutzke has no idea what is going on and thinks I’m crazy. The terrorists told me that they put a device in Amy Stutzke so that they could get the life insurance settlement money from her.
I know I’m NOT going to harm anyone else or myself but these terrorists pissed me off by doing this. These implanted devices were not being detected at first because nobody knew they were in the temporal bone. I used an earwax removal camera to look into my ear and my eardrum was completely gone. There was a hole in my temporal bone where the device went in. Apparently the terrorists put these devices into the temporal bone so that they can’t be detected. The terrorists must put them into the temporal bone with a hammer and core tool right through the eardrum. The communication devices are made of graphene and silicon with a tritium battery. The communication devices are very hard to see on the ct-scan because they don’t have any metal in them.
I’m sure there are other victims of this organization that are either dead or alive in the United States but they can’t prove this. I can now get a doctor to remove the device but I’m afraid they will destroy the evidence removing them. These devices are so small nobody will believe what they do unless they witness it. I’m working on proving what the devices do with a radio communications expert as a witness. I know the terrorists are doing this to other people in the United States because the terrorists were still connected to the device when I flew to Las Vegas last minute. I did not give these terrorists a chance to mobilize a radio. I know they are using a trunking radio with frequencies between 746.5-755.6 MHz. The control channel they are using will be between 430-460 MHz. I’m sure a radio communication expert can figure out how to call the device with a radio. If someone can connect to the device they will be able to hear me and I’ll be able to hear them with the device in my ear.
These terrorists have drugged me since they drugged me to put the devices in. I believe these terrorists are going to drug me in an attempt to make it look like an overdose or suicide. I WILL NEVER OVERDOSE OR COMMIT SUICIDE. I don’t do drugs and I will never ever kill myself. IF I DIE IT WILL BE MURDER. If these terrorists succeed in killing me before I prove this you have my permission to do an autopsy and remove the device in my right ear by any means necessary. The communication devices are small enough to fit into the ear canal and be placed in the temporal bone. I have evidence of all of this in my phone. There are pictures, videos, recordings and other evidence in my phone. There is also evidence of everything else printed out in an envelope in my bedroom at my house. These people were fighting and ratting on each other to me with the communication device knowing I was going to prove this. My name is Victor James Trumper.
