I am posting the name and address of two know agents of Electronic Harrassment. They have manipulated me with EEG Heterodyne many times as well as my ex Girlfriend. I have also been hit with microwave pulses many many times directed right into my bedroom. This guy is Named:

The best way to stop this is for ti to stand together united and take theis standpoints and use them against them not in the same way but in a way to put a stop to it . far as i can tell they just refuse to talk about the problem they have wirh us face to face useing a network of willing or not really knowing people to do their bidding. If you know they can see you do the same thing thet do get someone to have another contact tough love to find the truth then use your own plan from there i myself hope for a vilant outcome.we are being torchard every sec of every day

I have heard of this a lot on different places on the web what does it feel like. How do you know its real. Do you hear your voice or someone else. I have been stalked by gang stalkers organized stalkers what ever you want to call them for years but im not sure if I have ever experienced voice 2 skull. So im not sure if im a targeted individual or what. Do they use voice 2 skull on all targeted individuals or just some.

How do you know if your being criminally targeted or if its a experiment that you are chose for. I just don't know what could be so important that they have to be so nosy invading my privacy illegally. I would like them to get arrested for stalking me invading my space. Im not a criminal nothing could be important that they should be stalking me waiting for me to come out of my house so they could follow me or end up where im going. At first I thought I was imagining everything. I got relaxed a few times went shopping but then these two women walked in like they were looking for me I heard one of them like she wanted me to hear her she said yeh she's hear shopping. I felt shocked upset and angry for invading my privacy. I would like to know who's funding these stalking criminals.

Did I me mention the nosy scum bag was on her phone when she said yea she's hear shopping. Then another time I was at the mall a lady walked near me slowed down and acted like she was talking low but wanted me to hear she said yea she's hear. I mean with the time and resources they should be looking for criminals or something more important. Im not sure who there boss could be. But there wasting there time.
